David Peranić is speaking at ADworld Experience 2026 in Bologna, an international conference on paid advertising. His talk is about an online store that hoped for 1.3x growth and ended up with 3.14x.
Two days, 47 speakers, real case studies
ADworld Experience runs on 15 and 16 October. Over two days, 47 speakers deliver 66 talks and workshops on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft advertising. The focus is on real campaigns and what actually worked, with speakers from companies like Microsoft Advertising, Optmyzr and Adthena.
The talk: 3.14x instead of 1.3x
David’s talk, “Boosting 3.14x ecomm sales with MetaAds”, is on 16 October from 12:00 to 12:30 in the Paid Social room. It’s in English, with simultaneous Italian translation.
The client was a mature online store with several years of history behind it. That’s exactly the kind of business where big jumps are rare, so a 1.3x increase would already have been a good year.
There was no single trick behind the result, but a series of smaller changes:
- a different technical approach to running the ads
- a deep dive into who the customers are and why they buy
- new ads written from those insights
- rewritten product descriptions and website content
The biggest change wasn’t technical
What made the real difference was a shift in mindset: the client started to approach marketing, and the way the business develops, in a completely new way. The ads and the content followed from that.
